This is a progressive, individually taught
practice therefore a minimum attendance of twice a week
is encouraged for your benefit. All Mysore classes allow students
flexible start and finish times within the hours specified. Familiarity
with the traditional sequence is a prerequisite to attending these
classes.
• It is recommended that all beginners and students new to
Ashtanga yoga participate in a course if they would like to attend
these classes on a regular basis.
• Established practitioners are welcome
to drop in on a casual basis.
• Individual Tuition and small classes catering to specific groups can
be arranged.
• It is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL that you inform your teacher if you are suffering any physical discomfort or have any current or prior injuries.
• Classes are taught by Victoria English. Practicing regularly since 1992, Victoria has been under the guidance of advanced practitioner & certified teacher Dena Kingsberg, since 1998.
